The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours need help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
Thursday 12 midnight to 1 am
Thursday 11 am to 12 noon URGENTLY NEEDED
Thursday 7pm to 8 pm, Thursday 8pm to 9 pm
Saturday 12noon to 1 pm, Saturday 5 pm to 6 pm

Annual Mass in the Cemeteries for Fermoy: The Annual Mass in the Fermoy area for the cemeteries will take place on Tuesday 10th July at 8.15pm in Kilcrumper Old Graveyard

St Padre Pio Prayer group: The July Mass and Novena prayers will take place in St Patrick’s Church Fermoy on Tuesday 10th July at 7.30 pm. All welcome. The petition box will be in the usual place.

Cloyne Diocesan Pioneers: Annual Pilgrimage to knock Shrine: Sunday 15th July. Bus leaving Fermoy at 7am, Ballyhooly 7.15am, Castletownroche 7.30 am, Mallow 7.50 am, Ballyhea 8.15 am & Charleville 8.30 am. Non pioneers welcome. Contact Julie 086 1970043, Catherine 025 31519 or Emer 086 8459439

Fermoy Senior Citizens: Excursion on Saturday the 28th of July next. Bus will leave Emmet Street at 9 am and 9.10 am from Beechfield, stopping in Cahir House Hotel for tea and scones and travelling on to visit Holycross and Moneygall in Co Offaly. Evening dinner, an exhibition and be treated to a performance in the Bru Boru Heritage centre. Cost €60. To book a place please contact Frances on 086 8762355 or any committee member.

A 5-day programme of Inspiration and Reflection: At Nano Nagle Birthplace, Ballygriffin near Mallow from 12 – 16 July as part of the tercentenary of her birth. Topics will include Evolutionary Awareness, Spirituality for Today, Nano’s Legacy to the World, Women in Leadership, Prophetic Women from Scripture, and Faith in the 21st Century. FERMOY BUS TO PAPAL MASS FOR THE WORLD MEETING OF FAMILIES. Fermoy Parish Choir are organising a bus for the Pope’s Mass in the Phoenix Park on Sunday 26th August. The bus will leave Fermoy at 6.30am and should return around 11.00pm, depending on traffic. Seats will cost €20 each are limited. Seats may be booked at Fermoy Parish Office Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 12 noon – phone number 025 30856.The Papal Mass is a free ticketed event. Only a few spaces left so booking as soon as possible is advisable.

Tickets to The final Mass of the World meetings of Families with Pope Francis: Fermoy parish will have a limited number of tickets available for anyone wishing to attend the mass in the phoenix park who are making their own transport arrangements. Please contact the parish office. Tel 025 30856
