The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours need help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
Wednesday 7am to 8am/ back up with another person,
Wednesday /Thursday 12 midnight to 1 am,
Thursday 7pm to 8pm, Saturday 1pm to 2pm
Saturday 4pm to 5pm,
If you can cover any of these hours, please let Trish in the parish office know.
As the backup list is now empty, we request Adorers to ask friends/family to cover their hour while on Holidays.
1st Friday: 5th April is the first Friday of April. Mass in St Patrick’s at 10 am & 7.30 pm
1st Friday/Saturday – Vigil of Reparation in Adoration Chapel. Starts 8.3o p.m. to 1.30 a.m. Mass at 12 Midnight. All welcome
Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group One who collected for March. Group Two can take up duty next weekend the 7th April
St Joseph’s Young Priest Society: Meeting on Wednesday 3rd April after 10 am Mass in the Fermoy Parish Centre. All Welcome
Divine Mercy Prayer Group: Meeting on Tuesday 2nd April in the Fermoy Parish Centre, at 8 pm. Praise, Song, Scripture, Rosary & Chaplet of Divine Mercy. All welcome
Visit of the Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima: To St Patrick’s Church on Wednesday 3rd April. The statue will arrive at 9.30am and will be in the Church until benediction at 12 noon. This will be followed by enrolment in the Blessed Scapular. Bro Benignuns will be the guest speaker
Old Kilcrumper Graveyard Friends Association: Coffee morning in Fermoy Bridge Club Mill Rd on Saturday 6th April at 10.30. All welcome
LETTER OF THANKS FROM FR AQUIN CASEY

Dear Parishioners of Fermoy, I write to say a very sincere and heartfelt “Thank You” to each and every one of you for the wonderful farewell reception and presentation you gave me last Sunday at The Community Youth Centre. I thank everyone who came along in such great numbers, it was great meeting up with you. A very sincere thanks for your generosity in the presentation made to me. It is very much appreciated. To all involved in organising Sunday’s event “Thank You” for a job so well done. I had a very happy 14 years with you as one of your priests and I wish the same happiness to my successor, Fr. Brian.

Farewell Presentation to Fr Aquin: Sincerest thanks to all who attended in great numbers at last Sunday’s Farewell Presentation for Fr Aquin. Thanks to Kieran Barry, Catherine Waters and the staff of Fermoy Community Youth centre. Thanks to Tom Murray MC, Ciaran O Connor & Friends who contributed to the entertainment for the evening. Thanks to Catherine Morrison for the beautiful cake and to all who baked so generously. Thanks to the organising committee Bridie Dorgan, Joan Crowley& Patsy Hackett, also Trisha Joyce. Fr Aquin was presented with a beautiful engraved lamp and a cheque for €4000. A very enjoyable evening was had by all.
Cope Foundation Fermoy, 20th Anniversary Party: Mad Hatters Tea, party in Cope Foundation, Fermoy Day centre on Sunday 7th April from 2pm to 5pm. We will have craft stalls, baking, music & dancing with Derek. Special guest Judge Ann Murphy of hat trick Fermoy Prize for best Hat. All welcome
Grange Parents Association: LEGO 2 the Movie at Fermoy Youth Centre Sunday 7th April from 1pm to 2.45pm. Price include free goody bag Single €5, 3 tickets €12.50, 4 tickets €16. Adults accompanying child go free. All welcome.
