The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours need help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
Tuesday 12 Noon to 1pm/Back up with another person
Wednesday 12 Noon to 1pm, Wednesday 1pm to 2pm
Wednesday 9pm to 10pm, Friday 8am to 9am, Friday 7pm to 8pm
Saturday 1pm to 2pm, Saturday 4pm to 5pm,
If you can cover any of these hours, please let Trish in the parish office know. As the backup list is now empty, we request Adorers to ask friends/family to cover their hour while on Holidays

Maranatha Ecumenical prayer Group: Meeting Wednesday 15th May in the Blue Nuns at 8pm. All Welcome

World Day of Prayer For Vocations: Today, the Fourth Sunday of Easter or Good Shepherd Sunday is a special day for everyone in our parish. We celebrate World Day of Prayer for Vocations. We ask that we may be filled with joy and the Holy Spirit as we carry on the mission of Jesus, our Good Shepherd. Let us pray for one another that we may be strengthened in our Christian vocations as married and single people, priests, deacons, and religious. May our youth listen to God’s call and be encouraged to respond generously.

Save the weir: Invite all the public to a Meeting in regards to “save the weir “, in C.M.W.S hall (CYMS snooker club) Monday 13th May at 9pm. All welcome.

Avondhu Blackwater Partnership: will host a ‘Try a Trade Initiative’ on Saturday the 11th of May at their offices (The Mill) in Castletownroche. They will have tradespeople on site to discuss what they do, career opportunities, progression routes, etc. Attendance is free and all are welcome.Contact Veronica (022) 46580

Cork Maths Circle 2019 One Day Revision Courses: (Tel. 0851426903 after 6p.m.)Junior Certificate Higher Saturday May 25th, Leaving Certificate Honours Sunday May 26th/Thursday May 30th & Leaving Certificate Ordinary Saturday June 1st . 11-6p.m each day, given by experienced teachers/ correctors, covering questions on papers 1 and 2.

Fermoy Musical Society: will hold a workshop/Casting Call, for their upcoming production of South Pacific on Thurs May 23rd at 7.30pm in the Fermoy Community Youth Centre. Anyone wishing to get involved to in the production is asked, if possible, to attend on the night. There will be a little bit of singing and dancing and it is a great opportunity to meet with our new production team. Past, present and new members are always welcome.
