The Blessed Sacrament Chapel The following hours need covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel – 4-5am Monday morning, 2-3pm on Tuesday, 8-9 am Thursday morning 12 noon to 1pm on Friday and 1-2pm Saturday afternoon. If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.
St Padre Pio Prayer Group: Will hold their November Mass & Novena Prayers On Tuesday next 11th November at 7.30 in St Patrick’s Church. The petition box will be located in the back of the church. St Padre Pio Calenders for 2015 will be on sale at €2 each. Elaine Donoghue from Crosshaven will attend the mass on Tuesday night with Donal Enright’s first Class relics of St Padre Pio for veneration and individual blessing after mass.
November Envelopes& Lists: for masses for the faithful departed are available at the back of the church. These can be returned to the church, or the priests, or the to the parish office during the month of November. Bishop Crean, Fr Aquin, Fr Hehir, & Fr P.J will each offer 12 masses for those whose names are written on those lists.
The Annual mass for the Deceased Members of the various Clubs, Societies in Fermoy will take place on Friday 14th Nov at 7.30 pm in St Patrick’s Church. Any Club or Societies who want their deceased member to be remembered at this mass should contact Trish at the Parish office, Phone 025 30856.
St Colman’s College, Fermoy: Open Night for prospective Pupils on Thursday 13th November 2014 at 7.00 pm. Principal’s Address at 8.00 pm at St Colman’s College Fermoy. www.stcolmanscollege.com.
St Joseph’s Young priest society: Day trip to Maynooth College on Saturday 6th December 2014. Bus leaving Pearse Square at 8 am. Being met in the College by Deacon Eammon Roche (who administered in Fermoy during the summer). Cost of Trip is €50 including tea & Coffee in the morning at 10.30, Lunch in the College, & supper in the Cashel Palace on the way home.
