The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours needs covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel .Tuesdays 10am to 11am, Thursday 7am to 8 am & Saturday morning 5am to 6am if you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.
1st Friday: Next Friday 5th June is the first Friday of the month. Mass in Queen of Peace at 9.30am. Confessions on Thursday 4th June 12 to 1pm in St Patrick’s church
St Joseph’s Young Priests Society: Will meet on Wednesday 3rd June in The Blue Nuns Convent after 10 am mass. All welcome. Also St Joseph’s Young Priest’s Society Diocesan Meeting will take place in Mitchelstown on the 3rd June at 8pm 1st Friday/Saturday: Vigil of Reparation in Adoration Chapel. Begins at 8.3o pm and ends at 1.30 am. .Mass at 12 Midnight. All welcome Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group Three who collected for the month of May, Group Four can take up duty from next weekend the 7th June for the month of June Divine Mercy Prayer Group: Will meet on Thursday 4th June in the Blue Nuns Convent, Monument Hill at 8.15 pm Prayer, Song, Scripture and Reflections. All are welcome Items of a Religious or Community Nature are welcome for this Parish Newsletter. Resource Centre Thrift Shop Require Ladies, Gents and Children’s clothes, also bric a brack. Can be dropped off at the Resource Centre, or can be collected. For collection phone 0879439550. Thank you Fermoy Flower and Garden Club: Next meeting will be on Tuesday 2nd June at the New Adair Hall at 8pm. Demonstrator for the meeting will be Una Flemming, President of Aoifa. (Association of Irish Floral Artists) Children’s Liturgy: Children’s Liturgy finishes today, Sunday, for the summer holidays. We would like to thank the children and their parents who have supported us during the year and we are looking forward to seeing you all again in September.

Franciscan Brothers: Thank you so much for the wonderful reception you gave me last week. You were most generous, kind and welcoming, and we are most appreciative for your tremendous support. We will be guardians of the huge trust you have placed in us & will use every cent efficiently & effectively for our Uganda & Kenya missions. Your promise of prayers are a great source of strength for us. I have little to give you in return for your outstanding generosity except to let you know that you are remembered in daily prayers of the Brothers. May you be rewarded for you generosity & kindness.

Fermoy Pioneers Association: The annual Fermoy Pioneers Mass will be held on Fri. 5th of June, First Friday. Pioneers who are due to receive a Silver or Gold Pin or Fr. Cullen Medal are requested to contact Catherine at 025 31519 or Emer at 086 8459439. There will be a cup of tea and a chat afterwards in The Blue Nuns’ Convent. Pioneers whose own centre may be inactive, are also welcome to contact the above phone numbers
Fermoy Neighbourhood Watch Meeting: A meeting of the above group will take place at Fermoy Resource Centre on Tuesday 2nd June at 3pm.
