The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours needs covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel .Tuesdays 10am to 11am , Wednesday 9pm to 10pm & Saturday 1to 2 pm. If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.


Annual Mass in the Cemeteries for Fermoy: The Annual Mass in the Fermoy area for the cemeteries will take place on Tuesday 21st July at 8.15pm in Kilcrumper New Graveyard.

Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group four who collected for the month of June, Group 0ne can take up duty from this weekend the 5th July for the month of July.

Ordination of Deacon Eamon Roche: The Ordination of Deacon Eamon Roche will take place on Sunday 5th July at St Colman’s Cathedral Cobh. We wish Deacon Eamon every joy & blessing in his Priesthood.

Altar servers: At present we are looking for any boys or girls from 4th class up to consider becoming an altar server, this is a very rewarding & enjoyable experience. For further information contact Fr P.J O Driscoll or Michael Hanley.

Fermoy Flower and Garden club: Will hold their July meeting on Tuesday 7th July in the Adair Hall. All welcome. Guest for the night will be Beatrice Hartog of Conna Flower & Garden Club. Looking forward to her visit as she demonstrates her wonderful & magical arrangement skills. Competition on the night will be (1) Vase of garden flowers (bowl or jug) (2) Hybrid Tea Rose-one bloom (3) Floribunda –one spray.

Drop in for people bereaved by Suicide: Our July drop in for people bereaved by suicide will be held on Monday 6th July, in the Cahill Room, Fermoy Community Resource Centre, from 7.30 – 9.00pm. This group has been running for almost three years on a voluntary basis & welcome anyone who has ever lost a loved one through suicide, whether your loss is recent or several years ago.  The support comes from within the group, all of whom are similarly bereaved.

Fermoy Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann wish to announce that Seisiún is back next Monday 6th July. This show has for the past number of year’s delighted audiences from home and abroad. It will run for seven weeks at the Adair hall commencing at 8.15pm.

Musical Evening in aid of SINEAD SHINE: Will take place on Sunday 12th July in The Church of the Immaculate Conception Rathcormac at 8pm. Special Guest luka Bloom & lots of local talent, tickets on sale at Spar & Dooley’s Post office. Rathcormac. Please Support

Fermoy Senior Citizen’s Association tour to Kerry: Will take place on Sat next 11th July, places are now fully booked and bus will leave outside Shinnick’s Shop at 7.45 am and outside Emmet Street at 8.00 am sharp. We are looking forward to seeing you all on board the bus!!
