The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours needs covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. Wednesday 1am to 2am, Thursday 11am to 12 noon& Friday 1am to 2am. If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.
Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group Two who collected for the month of August, Group three can take up duty from next weekend the 6th September.
1st Friday/Saturday – Vigil of Reparation in Adoration Chapel. Begins at 8.3o p.m. and ends at 1.30 a.m. Mass at 12 Midnight. All welcome.
St Joseph’s Young Priests Society: Meeting takes place on Wednesday 2nd September in the Blue Nuns Convent after 10 am mass. All welcome.

1st Friday: Next Friday 4th September is the first Friday of the month. Mass in Queen of Peace at 9.30am. Confessions on Thursday 3rd September 12 to 1pm in St Patrick’s church

National Eucharistic Congress 2015: takes place on the weekend 26th _27th September at Knock Shrine. Please see Notice at the back of the church
The National Grandparents pilgrimage to Our Lady’s Shrine at Knock: takes place on Sunday 13th September. Blessing of the sick 2.30pm, Mass at 3pm Chief Celebrant – Bishop Brendan Leahy, Bishop of Limerick.
Fermoy Legion of Mary: The Annual Legion of Mary Pilgrimage to Knock will take place on Sunday 27th Sept 2015. Bus will leave Pearse Sq. at 7am sharp and return at 10pm. Bookings can be made through Mary 0876374802 or Maura 0861231368 or any member of the Legion of Mary
Fermoy Active Retirement Association: will hold members meeting on Wednesday September 2nd at 2,30pm in the Youth Centre, Ashe Quay. The topic for our afternoon will be a cookery demonstration focusing mainly on preparation of highly nutritional meals within an economical budget. By well-known Sandra Fuller. An afternoon not to be missed .Refreshments served. Fermoy Flower and Garden Club: After our summer break the Fermoy Flower and garden Club will meet in the Adair Hall at 8pm on Tuesday 1st September. There will be a talk on containers and colour in the garden during winter. The talk will be given by Eileen Palmer of Toss Bryan’s Garden Centre, Fermoy. Competitions (1) plants and flowers mixed (2) three mixed berries (3) three mixed perennials. Non-members welcome.
Thrift Shop: Wanted all ladies and gents and children’s clothes for the thrift shop at the resource centre, also bric a brack. We do great work for the community. Thank You……..
Avondhu Blackwater Partnership – Computer Courses: IT courses at The Mill in Castletownroche in September. For either a complete beginner or just to brush up on your computer skills.
