The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours needs covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. Tuesday 10 am to 11 am, Wednesday 1 am to 2 am, Thursday 11 am to 12 noon & Saturday 2 pm to 3 pm.
If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.
Lector’s Rota for 7.30 pm & 12 Noon Mass: Rotas can be collected in the sacristy.
Lector’s Request: If anyone would be interested in reading at the 7.30pm mass on Saturday in St Patrick’s church also 8.30 am & 6.30 pm on Sunday in Queen of Peace Church please contact the Parish Office 025 30856

National Eucharistic Congress 2015: takes place on the weekend 26th _27th September at Knock Shrine. Please see Notice at the back of the church
The National Grandparents pilgrimage to Our Lady’s Shrine at Knock: takes place on Sunday 13th September. Blessing of the sick 2.30pm, Mass at 3pm Chief Celebrant – Bishop Brendan Leahy, Bishop of Limerick.
Fermoy Legion of Mary: The Annual Legion of Mary Pilgrimage to Knock will take place on Sunday 27th Sept 2015. Bus will leave Pearse Sq. at 7am sharp and return at 10pm. Bookings can be made through Mary 0876374802 or Maura 0861231368 or any member of the Legion of Mary
10 week Pastoral Counselling Programme: The philosophy of the course embraces a holistic approach-Mind, Body & Spirit. Takes place in The Blue Nuns Convent Fermoy on Wednesday 9th September at 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm. Cost €75 or €10 per session. Facilitator Una Boland tel 087 6263934.
Cope Foundation Fermoy: A 15 hole 3 Ball Champagne Scramble (any combination) will take place in Fermoy Golf Club on Friday 11th of September. Book on line or ring Club House 025/32694 all money raised goes to the Local Cope.
Our September drop in for people bereaved by suicide: Will be held on Monday 7th September in the Cahill Room of Fermoy Community Resource Centre, (7.30 – 9.30pm). For September we will also have a remembrance event to mark world suicide awareness day. The monthly drop in welcome anyone who has ever lost a loved one through suicide, whether your loss is recent or occurred several years ago. The support comes from within the group, all of whom are similarly bereaved
Lantern of Hope art piece: Will be on display in Fermoy Library during World Suicide Awareness Week (7 – 13th September). An open invitation is being extended to all members of our community to call into Fermoy Library during World Suicide Awareness week to view the piece which was created by a team of dedicated local artists. Members of the public are invited to leave message(s) to loved ones that have passed. Balloons will be released by the community health worker at the end of world suicide awareness week.
