Parish Radio: With regret the Parish Radio is not working at the moment due to a technical fault. The engineer is looking into the matter. We regret any inconvenience caused & hope to have up & running as soon as possible.

 The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours needs covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.

Monday 6am to 7am                          Tuesday 1am to 2am.                                       Tuesday 10 am to 11 am,                  Wednesday 5 am to 6 am      Wednesday 1 pm to 2 pm,                  Saturday 2 pm to 3 pm &      Saturday 5 am to 6 am.      If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.

Autumn stations: Station list for week Mon 28th to Fri 2nd October

Area 25(Kilcrumper) at the home of Kathleen Dennigan at 8 pm.                    A full list of stations are at the back of the church.

Parish Council members: Station Envelopes can be collected in the sacristy after any of the Masses or in the Parish office

Cork Simon community: Please support Cork Simon and people who are homeless in Cork by supporting the Church Gate Collection taking place weekend October 11th in Fermoy.    

Fermoy Concert Band AGM: After quite a busy year, Fermoy Concert Band will hold its Annual General Meeting at 8pm in the Cahill Room, Fermoy Resource Centre, on Tuesday 29th September. The band members will elect a new committee to continue the work of managing the band on a day-to-day basis, and to continue its ongoing development into the future.
Non-members are also encouraged to attend the meeting, where they can contribute to the debate regarding the band’s development, and its role in the community.

Urgent Appeal from Children’s liturgy Group: Unfournately 4 of our adult leaders have stepped down for various reasons & at the moment we are unable to continue with our Children’s Liturgy on Sunday mornings. Therefore, we are urgently appealing for new adults to come on board & help out. We have been in operation since 2001. It would be a pity if it came to an end now. We work in groups of 3 adults on a 5 week rota during the school term.  If you are interested please contact Siobhan 086 3354727 or Patricia 096 1067298. You can leave a message with the Parish Secretary or any of the Priests. We will be delighted to hear from you.

Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group Three who collected for the month of September, Group four can take up duty from next weekend the 3rd October

Divine Mercy Prayer Group: Will meet on Thursday 1st October in the Blue Nuns, Monument Hill at 8.15 to 9.15 pm Praise, Song, Scripture and Chaplet of Divine Mercy. All are welcome.

1st Friday/Saturday – Vigil of Reparation in Adoration Chapel. Begins at 8.3o p.m. and ends at 1.30 a.m. Mass at 12 Midnight. All welcome.

1st Friday: Next Friday 2nd October is the first Friday of the month. Mass in Queen of Peace at 9.30am.                                                                          Confessions on Thursday 1st October 12 to 1pm in St Patrick’s church

Parish Council: Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Parish Council please contact either any  present member of the council, any of the priests, or the parish office for details.  Also required volunteers to assist the parish Council once or twice a year.
