The Blessed Sacrament Chapel:  The following hours need covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.

 Tuesday 8 am to 9 am               Wednesday 1 pm to 2 pm,      

 Thursday 11 am to 12 noon,      Saturday 2 pm to 3 pm.     If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.                                                                                                                   

Divine Mercy Prayer Group: Will meet on Thursday 5th November in the Blue Nuns, Monument Hill at 8.15 to 9.15 pm Praise, Song, Scripture and Chaplet of Divine Mercy. All are welcome.

St Joseph’s Young Priests Society: Next Meeting on Wednesday 4th November in the Blue Nuns Convent after 10 am Mass. All welcome

1st Friday: Next Friday 6th November is the first Friday of the month. Mass in Queen of Peace at 9.30am.

Confessions on Thursday 5th November 12 to 1pm in St Patrick’s church

1st Friday/Saturday – Vigil of Reparation in Adoration Chapel. Begins at 8.3o p.m. and ends at 1.30 a.m. Mass at 12 Midnight. All welcome.                                                                                                    All Souls Day:  Monday 2nd November. Mass in the queen of peace at 9.30am.

‘Fermoy Text Alert for Fermoy: Next meeting on Monday 2nd November in The Resource Centre at 8.15 pm.

Sinking of The Lusitania: Independent CLLR Claire Cullinane, Cobh will give a Presentation on the sinking of the Lusitania in Fermoy community Centre on Thursday 5th November at 9 pm.

Fermoy Flower and Garden Club. The AGM will take place on Tues 3nd November at 7.30pm in the Adair hall. Flower demonstration by club members. Followed by supper and raffle. Christmas sales table.

 Fermoy Active Retirement Association: Meeting on Wed 4th Nov in the Youth Centre. Special guest Mr Edward Creedon, Fire Officer will talk on fire prevention & fire hazards. We encourage as many as possible to attend.

Church of Ireland Fermoy Union of Parishes: Pre Christmas Market Saturday 7th November, 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. in Adair Hall, Church Hill, Fermoy (behind Christ Church) Entrance €5 which includes tea and a raffle ticket.

Table Quiz in aid of COPE Foundation Fermoy.  Fermoy Rowing Clubs quizzes resumes Monday night 2nd November in the Wagon Tavern at 8.30 pm. This week’s Quiz in in aid of Cope Foundation Fermoy sponsored by Fermoy Rotary. Tables of 4/5 €30. Please support this local charity


November Visits & Prayers in Fermoy Cemeteries:The Annual visits & prayers to our cemeteries will take place on Sunday 1st November.  Castlehyde Cemetery at 2.30pm;   Kilcrumper Old at 3.00pm   which will be followed by Kilcrumper New

November Masses for the Faithful Departed:The   November Envelopes and Lists   for   Masses for the Faithful Departed are now available.  Please    include the names of your loved ones you want to remember on these lists.  Bishop Crean   and  the  Fermoy  Priests will   offer  12  Masses  each    for  those   named  on  The  November  List of The Dead. Envelopes & lists can be returned anytime during the month of November

 November Masses for The Dead: The Annual mass for those who died in Fermoy parish during the past 12 months will take place in St Patrick’s Church on Friday Nov 13th at 7.30pm.

Children’s Liturgy: We would like to thank all those who came forward and offered to help with the Children’s Liturgy. We have now organised ourselves and we are delighted to announce that we will return next Sunday 8th Nov. at the 10.30 am Mass. All children welcome. For health and safety reasons children under 5 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult.

Maranatha Ecumenical prayer Group: Next meeting is Wednesday 4th November, in the Blue Nuns Convent. All Welcome.
