The Blessed Sacrament Chapel:  The following hours needs covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.

Tuesday 10 am to 11 am,         Wednesday 1 pm to 2 pm,        

Thursday 11 am to 12 noon,      Thursday 5 pm to 6 pm      

If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know

Parish Radio: Unfournately we are having a lot of trouble with the parish radio which is not working at the moment. We are looking into a new system, so please bear with us while we research things.


St Padre Pio Prayer Group: The January Mass and Novena Prayers will take place at St Patrick’s church, Fermoy on Tuesday the 12th January at 7.30pm. The petition box will be in the usual place at the back of the church. All welcome

Engagement Ring Lost: Ring lost on Christmas Day at 10.30 am Mass in St Patrick’s Church Fermoy. Single stone ring. If found please contact the Parish office.

The Annual collection for flowers for The Altars for both St Patrick’s Church & Queen of Peace Church: Will take place on Sunday next the 17th January 2016.This collection is to supply flowers for both Churches throughout the year. Please support

Children’s Liturgy: Children’s Liturgy will resume next Sunday 17th of January at the 10.30 am Mass. All Children are welcome.

Fermoy Steppers Family Fun Walk: Takes places on Saturday 9th January 2016 in St Colman’s College Playing Field at 2 pm sharp(please arrive 20 mins early to warm up), Distance 5km.Bucket Collection on the day with all funds going directly to the Fermoy Cope Residents Bus Fund. All Abilities Welcome

Fermoy Steppers: Operation Transformation, Days/Time for weekly walks start 11th Jan 1. Monday (walkie talkies) at 10.30 am at Fermoy Community Centre                                                                2. Wednesday (Fermoy Steppers) at 7.30 pm at Fermoy Community Centre                   3. Thursday (Step 2 It) at 7.30 pm Old mart Car park (Beside Munchies)                                                                      4. Saturday (Fermoy Steppers) at 11.30 am at Fermoy Community Centre

 Crime Prevention in the Home free information talk at the Mill, Castletownroche, will now take place on February 3rd at 11am, and not January 20th as previously advertised.  Sgt. John Kelly will give the talk and Task will showcase security solutions and safety equipment to support high dependency needs to help people continue to live independently.  Event is free, refreshments served.
