The Blessed Sacrament Chapel:  The following hours needs help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.

Sunday 1am to 2am,                Sunday 3 pm to 4pm

Tuesday 10 am to 11 am,     Wednesday 1 pm to 2 pm,

Thursday 6 am to 7 am,   & Thursday 5 pm to 6 pm.  

If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.

Candlemas Day: Tuesday 2nd February is The Feast of The Presentation of the Lord.  Candles will be blessed during all Masses on Tuesday

 Feast of St Blaise: Wednesday 3rd February is the Feast of St Blaise. Blessing of throats will take place after all Masses on Wednesday

 Old Reading Glasses (Specs) for the third world: Fermoy & District lions Club would be grateful of your unwanted glasses for the next two weeks at St Patrick’s Church & Queen of Peace Church.

Fermoy Musical Society: Will hold their AGM on Tuesday 2nd Feb at 8 pm in the Fermoy Youth Centre. All welcome

Fermoy Lourdes & District Fund: Wish to announce that the AGM on the 4th February 2016 is deferred to the Thursday 25th February 2016. Mass at 7.30 pm in the Hospital Chapel & AGM to follow at 8.30 pm. All welcome

Fermoy Active Retirement Group: meeting next Wed 3rd February 2016 @2:30pm in Fermoy Youth Centre. Guest Speaker on the day, McCarthy Insurance, Fermoy, covering all aspects of insurance.

Justice  & Peace at a Personal, Family & Parish Level: Will take place at the Carmelite Centre Tallow on Tuesday Feb 9th, 16th, & 23rd from 7.30 pm to 9 pm. Cost €5 per night. For details/book contact Michael 086 3830857 or Clare 086 0510488

1st Friday: Next Friday 5th February is the first Friday of the month. Mass in Queen of Peace at 9.30am.Confessions on Thursday 4th February, 12 to 1pm in St Patrick’s church

1st Friday/Saturday – Vigil of Reparation in Adoration Chapel. Starts 8.3o p.m. to 1.30 a.m. Mass at 12 Midnight.  Emmaus Bereavement Support Group: Service of Light & Healing will take place  at Fermoy Parish Centre on Sunday 7th  February 2016 from 3 pm to 4.30 pm. Contact No Fermoy Parish Centre 025 30856 Refreshments Served. All Welcome

Maranatha Ecumenical prayer Group: Next meeting Wednesday 3rd February in The Blue Nuns at 8pm. All Welcome.

Divine Mercy Prayer Group: Meeting on Thursday 4th February in the Blue Nuns, at 8.15 to 9.15 pm Praise, Song, Scripture and Chaplet of Divine Mercy. All welcome.                                                                                           

St Joseph’s Young Priest Society: Will hold their AGM on Wednesday 3rd Feb after 10 am Mass in the Blue Nuns Convent. All Welcome                                                                                          Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group Three who collected for the month of January, Group Four can take up duty from next weekend the 6th February.
