The Blessed Sacrament Chapel:  The following hours needs help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.                                                

Wednesday 1 am to 2 am,         Thursday 11 am to 12 noon,        Thursday 5 pm to 6 pm      &    Saturday 7 pm to 8 pm      

If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.

St Joseph’s Young Priest Society:  Meeting on Wednesday 1st June after 10 am Mass in the Blue Nuns Convent. All Welcome

Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group Three who collected for the month of May, Group four can take up duty from next weekend the 5th June.

 Divine Mercy Prayer Group: Meeting on Thursday 2nd June in the Blue Nuns, at 8.15 to 9.15 pm Praise, Song, Scripture and Chaplet of Divine Mercy. All welcome                                                            

  Friday/Saturday – Vigil of Reparation in Adoration Chapel. Starts 8.3o p.m. to 1.30 a.m. Mass at 12 Midnight. All welcome          

1st Friday: 3rd June is the first Friday of June Mass in Queen of Peace at 9.30am.Confessions on Thursday 2nd June 12 to 1pm in St Patrick’s

Parish office: The office will be closed on Monday the 30th May.

Adoration Chapel: Adoration is now moved to the Blue Nuns Convent for the duration of renovations to the Adoration Chapel.

CANONISATION of MOTHER TERESA of CALCUTTA: Mother Teresa will be canonised a Saint on September 4th by Pope Francis in St. Peter’s Square Rome.  Pilgrimages are being organised. Details from Trish at Fermoy Parish Office.

Fermoy Active Retirement: Meeting on Wednesday 1st June at 2.30pm in Fermoy Youth Centre .Guest speaker is Citizens information services.

Emer Casey Foundation: The organisers of the recent Gala concert thank everyone who supported or sponsored the event. The amount donated to the Emer Casey Foundation- cancer Research was €9784.

Sum of money Found: A sum of money was found in Kilcrumper New Graveyard on Monday 23rd May around 12 o clock by a person visiting the graveyard. Please contact the parish office for details.

Fr Aquin Casey Silver Jubilee Anniversary of Priestly Ordination: We congratulation Fr Aquin on reaching 25 years in the priesthood. As a parish we will be celebrating this great achievement on Friday 10th June.  Concelebrated Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church Fermoy at 7.30 pm. Refreshments will follow in the Corrin Events centre (Cork Marts).All are very welcome to this very special occasion.
