To all who attended The Mass of Thanksgiving in St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy on Friday 10th June. To Sr. Nuala & Gerry Condon for proclaiming The Word of God and Maura Cronin for announcing The Prayers of the Faithful. To Bridie Dorgan & Joan Crowley for presenting the offertory gifts. To the altar-servers   under the guidance of Michael Hanley. To Philip Dunphy.  To St. Patrick’s Altar Society for the magnificent floral arrangements which added so much to the occasion. And finally to the Parish Choir, their director Deirdre Foley and organist Aileen Howard for making the celebration the celebration it was with their incredible singing and music.

I would also like to say how much I enjoyed the social evening that followed at The Corrin Events Centre. I would like to thank Catherine Dorgan and her staff who went to such lengths to make sure everything went so well. I would to thank those who provided the musical entertainment. The Speakeasy Jazz Band; Fermoy Comhaltas and The Fermoy Musical Society with Deirdre Foley and Ciaran O’ Connor. I would like to say a special word of thanks to Catherine Morrisson for the wonderful Jubilee Cake that she baked and decorated.  I would like to thank the committee of Bridie Dorgan, Joan Crowley and Fr. Finally my sincerest thanks for all your good wishes and generosity.
