The Blessed Sacrament Chapel:  The following hours needs help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.                                                

Tuesday 1 am to 2 am,         Thursday 11 am to 12 noon,       

Thursday 5 pm to 6 pm      &    Saturday 7 pm to 8 pm       

If you can cover any of these hours, even for a short time please let one of the priests know.

Maranatha Ecumenical prayer Group: Meeting Wednesday 8th June in The Blue Nuns at 8pm. All Welcome.

Annual Pilgrimage to knock with St Joseph’s Young Priests Society: Will take place on Saturday 25th June 2016. Gaelscoil de hÍde Summer Fete: School Fete will take place on Sunday 12th June. A great family day out with something for all ages. Wheel of fortune, Country markets stall, Cake sale, Hook a duck, Lucky Mug, and Best dressed Doll/Teddy, Photo Booth & many more attractions. Please Support.

Fermoy Flower and Garden Club.   The June meeting will take place in the Adair Hall on Tuesday 7th June at 8pm.  There will be a flower demonstration by AOIFA demonstrator and teacher Eileen O’Brien entitled “Summer Time Treasures.   Competition Cacti/succulent 20cm pot.  Horticulture 3 stems variegated foliage.  Cup and Saucer flower arrangement.  Names taken for July 5th outing to Wexford.

Fermoy Active Retirement. – Film – Older than Ireland: THE FILM tells the story of a hundred years of a life as seen through the eyes of thirty Irish centenarians, from their birth at the dawn of Irish Independance to their life in modern day Ireland. Takes place on Wednesday 8th June in Fermoy Youth centre at 2.30 pm. Admission €3. All Welcome.

Fr Aquin Casey Silver Jubilee Anniversary of Priestly Ordination: We congratulation Fr Aquin on reaching 25 years in the priesthood. As a parish we will be celebrating this great achievement on Friday 10th June.  Concelebrated Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church Fermoy at 7.30 pm. Refreshments will follow in the Corrin Events centre (Cork Marts).All are very welcome to this very special occasion.
