The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours needs help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
Tuesday 12 noon to 1 pm
Wednesday 12 midnight to Thursday 1 am,
Sunday 1 am to 2 am. Urgent
If you can cover any of these hours, please let one of the priests know.

1st Friday: 4th August is the first Friday of August Mass in Queen of Peace at 9.30am.Confessions on Thursday 3rd August 12 to 1pm in St Patrick’s

Friday/Saturday – Vigil of Reparation in Adoration Chapel. Starts 8.3o p.m. to 1.30 a.m. Mass at 12 Midnight. All welcome

Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group One who collected for the month of July, Group Two can take up duty from next weekend the 6th August

Fr Brian Boyle Welcome: Wishing Fr Boyle all the happiness in the world as he joins us here in Fermoy parish

Friends of Calcutta: Wish to express their sincere thanks for what was a truly amazing response to their clothing appeal on July 26th. Fermoy will forever hold a very special place in our hearts especially as we near our 25th anniversary as it was in Fermoy that our fledgling group first met in 1994. Today we have 4 schools and educate 800 students in addition to arranging the Annual Rajiv Ganguly Tournament. We continue to this day to remain a totally voluntary group. Thank you Fermoy for the happiness and blessings that 2 decades of serving ‘The City of Joy’ has given us all”

Lector’s Rota: The Rotas for the 7.30 pm Saturday evening, 10.30 am Sunday and 12 O clock Sunday are available for collection in the sacristy or the parish office
Fr PJ O Driscoll Farwell: A Farwell Presentation will take place on Sunday 13th August at 5.30 pm in The Pitch & Putt Club to show our appreciation of Fr PJ great work over the past 10 years to the people of Fermoy parish and to wish him well in his appointment. All welcome
