The Offertory Collection this weekend is for: The Education of Students for the Priesthood & Permanent Deacon’s. This year the Diocese of Cloyne have two students preparing for Priesthood & a Priest undertaking further Studies. Also three candidates in preparation to serve as Permanent Deacons in the Diocese. The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours need help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
Monday 10am to 11am Wednesday 6am to 7am
Wednesday 12 noon to 1pm
Wednesday/Thursday 12 midnight to 1 am
Saturday 12noon to 1 pm, Saturday 1pm to 2pm
Saturday 4pm to 5pm Saturday 5 pm to 6 pm

If you can cover any of these hours, please let Trish in the parish office know

1st Friday: 5th October is the first Friday of October. Mass in the Queen of Peace at 9.30 am. Confessions on Thursday 4th October at 12 to 1pm in St Patrick’s Church

Church Door Collector’s: Thanks to Group Three who collected for the month of September Group Four can take up duty on the 7th October

St Joseph’s Young Priest Society: Meeting on Wednesday 3rd October after 10 am Mass in the Fermoy Parish Centre. All Welcome

Divine Mercy Prayer Group: Meeting on Thursday 4th
Parish Radio: We regret at the moment the parish radio is out of order. We are waiting for someone to call to fix the problem. Hopefully the problem will be rectified as soon as possible. ROSARY

ON THE COAST FOR LIFE & FAITH; River Blackwater Fermoy (opposite the Youth Centre) October 7th at 2.30pm
We would like to ask you to join us to pray the Rosary on the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary as we pray for all those who lost their lives in the River Blackwater over the years and for the bereaved families and friends.
All are welcome to join us in prayer for Faith and Life through Our Lady’s intercession. This will take place in St Patrick’s Church if weather is bad.

Fermoy flower and Garden club: Will have Eileen O’Brien (AOIFA), to give a demonstration ‘let’s celebrate Autumn’ on Tuesday 2nd October, in the Adair Hall at 8 PM. All welcome. Non-members€5 Fermoy Active Retirement: Group meeting takes place Wednesday 3rd October at 2.30 pm in Fermoy Youth Centre. Afternoon Entertainment on the day. All members welcome
