The Blessed Sacrament Chapel: The following hours need help covering in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
Wednesday 6am to 7am, Wednesday 1 pm to 2 pm Wednesday /Thursday 12 midnight to 1 am,
Friday 11am to 12 Noon Saturday 1pm to 2pm,
Saturday 2 pm to 3 pm, Saturday 4pm to 5pm
If you can cover any of these hours, please let Trish in the parish office know

The Annual collection for flowers for The Altars for both St Patrick’s Church & Queen of Peace Church: Will take place on Sunday next the 20th January 2019.This collection is to supply flowers for both Churches throughout the year. Please support this great work that the Altar society do in having the church beautifully decorated at all times especially just like Christmas gone.

Maranatha Ecumenical prayer Group: Meeting Wednesday 16th January in The Blue Nuns at 8pm. All Welcome

Fermoy active Retirement Group: 1st Group Meeting takes place on Wednesday 16th January at 2.30 pm in the Fermoy Youth Centre. Agenda: Open discussion day, Bingo and pals exercise. All members welcome

Irish Business Against Litter: Congratulations & well done to all involved in Fermoy being awarded The Cleanest Town in Ireland.

GROW Community Mental Health Organisation: Run a weekly support group for anyone who may be experiencing any emotional or mental health difficulties. Meetings are held in the Fermoy Family Resource Centre, every Tuesday morning at 10:30am and are open to anyone over the age of 18 years of age. Meetings are based on a 12-Step program and are anonymous, confidential and free-of-charge. No referrals are required. St Vincent De Paul: Members of SVP want to say A sincere “Thank You” to students, teachers & parents in schools, to organizations of every person who donate to collections during the year and to all the individuals who donate monetary gifts, gifts of food to the society and to all the business who allow us to put collection boxes in their premises. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.

Operation Meditation : Fermoy Community Health Project is running a 4 week introduction to everyday mindfulness on Wednesday morning’s from 11am – 12noon commencing on January 16th. Mindfulness is about being aware of the present moment and it helps us become more aware of our thoughts and feelings. Booking is recommended as places are limited; cost €20.
